Chef Telmo Silva, originally from Portugal, moved to the United States at a young age and quickly developed a deep passion for cooking. After high school, he honed his culinary skills and earned a degree in Culinary Arts and Hotel Restaurant Management from the NY Restaurant School. His rigorous training and dedication have made him a distinguished and innovative chef, renowned for his signature dishes.

Chef Telmo's career includes experience at some of New York City's most prestigious hotels and dining establishments, including the Roosevelt Hotel, Omni Berkshire, Lotte New York Palace Hotel, and Gallagher's Steakhouse. In December 2022, he took on the role of Executive Chef at the Millennium Hilton UN Plaza, where he blends global cuisine with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients from the NY Tri-State area.
